It's 2021, By now, you've attended at least 1 Zoom Virtual Party. Or maybe you hosted your own Zoom Virtual Party! Be hones, was it BORING!? We attended a Zoom Virtual Party, where a family member hosted the party for the guest of honor. This sounds like a great idea in on paper but in reality, this is horrible. Unless the host knows how to host a party, has had lots of practice or is a professional, it's their job to host parties. Because a party is all about entertaining the guest, Hello!, the host sould be entertaining. A monotone voice or a host to takes over the entire party & you never hear from the guest of honor is an epic fail. Sorry, not sorry, because it's true, you guys. I couldn't believe that we went to a party to celebrate my friend, and not once did she say anything. Not one word, for 2 whole hours. The host which was a close family member kept talking the entire time, she even introduced everyone, not giving the opportunity to do so, on their own. She opened all of the gfts & thanked everyone for them. WOW! The gifts were not for the host, family member. The host was too overpowering in the games, which made them, not fun. The best part of this entire thing, was one of the guest who was a little girl, who asked her mom, "Why isn't anyone talking to me?" Exactly, we are at a party and no one was taking to each other. It was a PRESENTATION, NOT A PARTY!!!
