Mermaid love to eat seaweed as a nutritional snack everyday. Seaweed is large algae growing in the sea or on the rocks below the high water mark. Kelp is also a form of seaweed, which grows in kelp forest. It's green, red or brown in color color & very shiny in the sunlight. Seaweed is a great source of protein for mermaids to help them stay strong & just keep swimming.
